Main line stoppage. Install 4" sch 40cleanout. Cable 55'. Jet 4" main line with spartan jetter. Unable to clear. Ran camera 35' found bags of roots in line. Replaced 11' of 4" thin wall with 11' of sch 40 pipe. Had to tie into tap due to collapse of pipe. Slow draining sink. Under sink needs to be rebuilt and studor vent added. Also need new t and s bar faucet. Diagnostic charge. Broken urinal. Capped 3/4" cpvc line. Needs new sloan valve. Main line stoppage. Ran cable through outside cleanout up under home unit stoppage was cleared. Ran camera to look for problems. Found possible low spot. Will return on 1/8/2007 to camera and locate to identify problem. Excavated around clean out to fix clean out. Jetted main. Jetter went out of pipe or in major blocked. Lifted manhole and it is not draining. 2nd manhole has no water in it (dry) and full of sand. This is a city problem.

Have city check out problem. Septic tank clean out. Also cleaned filter. 2 bottles of bio one enzyme treatment for plumbing pipes, tank, and drain field. Diagnostic work on water leak in kitchen area. Checked behind refrigerator and behind dishwasher. Noticed meter moving while no water was being run. Need leak detection as well as dry out restoration team. Mainline stoppage. Main line needs to be located. Cleanout installed in order to clear stoppage. Drainage pieces under kitchen sink need to be replaced.

Ran cable down main line vent and also the bathroom next to it. Cabled through bathroom vent for other bathroom. Pulled back a lot of paper and hair. Replaced metal drainage under kitchen sink with plastic, non corrosive drainage. Water coming out if wall under sink. Supply line broken, 90 stop also has small leak. Water repair/supply line and 90 stop. Supply line and 90 stop on hot side. Supply line and 90 stop for guest bath. Toilet supply and 90 stop in master bath. Toilet out of adjustment, temporary readjusted, will need rebuild. Cut cpvc pipe and install new shut off ball valve and 12" of new pipe.

Tank appears to have settled towards inlet side. Septic tank clean out and jet of main line. Septic tank cleaned out High pressure 3000 psi jet of main line 2hrs jetting main line at building #56. Break in line. Kitchen stoppage. Unit 105 and 107. Jetted through 2" vent on roof and cleared kitchen stoppage. Removed cast iron cap and install a clean plug. Replaced two strainers and washers and k-sink. Also installed studor vent on 1" 1/2 pipe with pvc drain had no vent. Attempted to cable through toilet. Cast iron broken at stack base, needs replacing. Service call charge. Separated copper water lines. Repair 3/4 x 1/2" copper water line behind tub/shower stall with new 3/4 x 1/2" cpvc water lines.

Septic tank clean out. Drain field failing. Laundry tank cleaned out. Drain field failing. Tank had never been pumped out and original drain field installed in 1971 Septic pump out 1 grease trap clean out. 1 high pressure drain restoration. Removed excessive grease from inside line. Does not appear that tank has been maintained properly. Was full of grease. Repair leak in 1' copper/pvc water line beneath back flow preventer. Cabled through roof vent 85' and unable to clear blockage. Pulled toilet and cabled through with commercial 300 machine out to street. Located pipe and found clean out cap buried in front lawn. Clean out is one way towards home and blockage exists downstream towards the street. Pulled clean out cap to give relief through the night. Unable to video downstream until existing clean out is excavated and changed to a 2 way. Removed and replaced toilet flush handle with new polished brass handle.

Rebuilt shut off due to lack of room at wall. Replacement would require minor demolition in tile wall. Water main broken. Exposed main and found improper 3/4" female pvc adapter at meter nipple, which was also not glued. Replaced with cpvc x brass female and pipe. Also propped up meter box with bricks as requested. Tested ok, water meter shows no movement. Pump septic tank Capped off waterline. Jackhammered footer to expose broken coupler, short piece copper. Repair was made in wall in garage with shark bite and slip coupler.

Leaking ice maker line. Replace new nut brass to ice maker line. Tested ok. Cut existing 2" vent stack that was re-vented into 3" stack. Caped 2" line at 3x2 santee. Rerouted 2" vent stack below 2nd floor. 3" line is dry vent. Vented 2" line back into 3" stack below floor. Did not need to core drill through slab. Chiseled through concrete wall to expose pipe. Cut out broken section of pipe and replaced t connection as well as pvc short of ball valve. Filled void in wall with expandable foam. Replace male fittings and 90 on 1 1/4 pipe for well (above ground). Remove 1 40gal. Tall a.o. Smith water heater. Install 1 40gal. Tall whirlpool 240v a/c Replace batteries for sensors for right side lav faucet. Replace batteries for sensor for left side lav faucet cable via waste assembly.

Replaced 2 floor drains in cooler. Replace 2 standard floor drains with indestructible schwesping floor drains in cooler. Drains 4" Extra baskets Concrete Jack hammer Concrete saw Mls. Install 4" pvc sewer from house to tap 80' with two cleanouts.

Removed bad section of copper pipe. Installed new 1/2" cpvc pipe with brass fittings. Installed faucet with new stainless steel supply hoses. Turned water on and leaks in copper pipe started popping up due to old copper with a lot of corrosion built up.

Pool shower is leaking. 1/2 copper water pipe is broken. Repaired break with 2 shark-bites and cpvc fittings and pipe. Installed new food waste disposer. Septic pump out.

Cleaned all drain lines. Installed new solid deflector device. 4 bottles of bio one treatment. Water main leaking out side. 3/4 water main leak. 1 3/4 t, 1 3/4 x 1/2 90.

1 3/4 male adapter, 1 pro press fitting and 1 3/4 ball valve. Exposure and partial back fill. 2' 3/4 copper pipe. Install new g.e. 40 gal. Tall natural gas hot water heater. Disposal of old heater Main line stoppage. Jet main line 125' using harbing jetter. Cleared blockage. Seems to be at city tap.

Jet out main line from clean out to under house. Camera main line from cleanout to underneath house. Septic pump out Pump septic tank. Jet out main line. 1 bottle bio one.

Back up in both lav. Sinks. Cabled through vent stack and removed some scale build up. Healthy amount of sledge build up is present in pipes. Flow path in waste arm is near 3/4". Recommend repipe to vent. Recommend video inspection of entire main line. Rebuilt under sink trap and waste line to wall at broken cast pipe connection.

Cabled through 2 roof vents and cleared a blockage at one of them. Cabled through both toilets and both are flushing properly. Discovered a build up of a white waxy substance in toilets. Replace kitchen emergency stops as requested. Tested ok. Kitchen stoppage. Disposal jammed. Unjammed disposal and pulled a bottle cap and flower stems. Also cleared blockage 2' down stream in waste arm. Company agrees to remove leaking elbow from manifold behind laundry and replace st 90 cxc . Also replace toe and 1/2 inch cap Install 4' cleanout in sewer main , install closet flange in bathroom. Laundry stoppage.

Ran camera through floor drains in laundry room. Shower valve needs to be replaced, bath faucet need to be replaced it is all clogged.

Shower valve replaced from back side no dry wall replacement will have to pull frig out to make repair. Bath shall replace with a stronger faucet. Teflon kitchen sink track trap or replace. Repaired leak behind shower with one spilt nut/shark bite 90 at 1 1/2 coupler. Cut out dry wall behind shower valve. Bad 30 gal. Water heater. Install new water heater, 30 gal. Medium. 3/4 copper pipe, hot and cold. Diagnostic charge. Removed old plastic pop up assembly. Replaced with new brass pop up assembly. No leaks, operates fine.

Adjusted fluid master fill valve on hall bath toilet. Installed customer supplied toilet. Cable main sewer line building 15 via. Cleanout toward building approximately, 25 feet for units 157-159. Broken 1 1/2" sink drain. Drain broken @ 90 replaced with new piece of 1 1/2" shc 40 and new 90

Installed standard kitchen faucet 3 handle tub/shower rebuild Septic pump out Replace broken shower valve. Customer supplied valve for shower. Installed 1/2 copper hot and cold. Replaced emergency stop valve on fly. No shut off to tour house. Also replaced supply with stainless hose Septic pump out Replace angle stop, flush valve, and supply line for master bath toilet. Replace fill valve, flush valve, and supply line for hall bath toilet. Septic pump out. Knocked 13 inches hole in bottom of septic tank and broke up lid.

Replaced angle stop and supply line to toilet. Copper line was causing leak. Pipe had to be cut back to round section. Kitchen stoppage. Auger from galvanized waste arm 20'. Tested ok. Recommended replace waste arm. Apt. # 237 : 1 1/4 copper tailpiece of tub overflow in upstairs bath leaking. Removed broken pipe and installed 1 1/2" pvc pipe with two fernco. Urinals are not flushing properly. Rebuild both urinals, tested ok. Also refab ice drain @d.w. And rebuild 2 t&s hand sink faucets @d.w. Water on the floor behind fridge. Found insta-hot leaking from the housing, cannot repair, recommend replacement. Attempted to repair rinse valve. Removed stem and found bad threads with chipped seat.

K-sink stoppage. Ran mytana sink machine thru galvanized nipple. Ran approx. 30-35' and cleared stoppage. Replaced all drainage and plumbing underneath sink using tubular pvc. No leaks and drains fine. Pulled old tub and replaced with customer supplied tub. Replaced waste and overflow. Tub is level and drains fine. Removed old 3 handle shower valve. Replaced with single handle delta tub and shower valve. No leaks and operates fine. Will return to trim out once walls are finished at no charge. Hooked up dishwasher and drain stop. Replaced 1 wastearm in wall in hall bathroom.

Pick up new faucet to match same style already in place. Remove and dispose of old faucet. Install new faucet complete with new nuts and stainless steel supply lines.

Replaced both faucets in men's bathroom in with american standard chrome, ada compliment faucets. Also 4 new stainless steel supply hose. Disposed of old faucets.

Located main line 4" pvc. Installed a two way t clean out. Cabled line to clear drain. Ran camera, upon inspection found that wye fitting had back pitch. Mls/ break in line. Ran camera through flange, customer had already pulled toilet and found cleanout. Ran camera back toward building and found partial pipe displacement and or break in line. Need to locate break in line with spartan locator.

Repiped. Company agrees to tie into existing 1 pvc line in garage attach new cold line into water heater tee off and connect into master bath and laundry with tie off. From water heater not side run along outside above roof line are tie into upstairs. Through wall and into kitchen new angle stops downstairs. Did not add new to upstairs bath. Reroute 2 hose bibbs one in front and the other in the back. Company not responsible for drywall repair. All pipes and standard to pvc codes. Remainder for tub install after jet repair.

Bathroom sink clogged. Need to plunge and cable down sink drain to clear away debris from inside drain. Took apart sink pop up assembly and p-trap. Augured down through sink drain. Flushed out debris from p-trap. Put pop up assembly and p-trap back together, Tested sink with water. Sink is draining well now. Septic pump out Cabled through tub overflow and cleared blockage of cleanout about 35'.pulled back wire piece about 12" long and much hair. Repaired water supply for main water to irrigation. Replaced section of 3/4" pvc piping before water softener. Installed 3/4" pvc ball valve as well. Hot and cold plastic markers fell into drain, got out. Cabled drain and pulled hair from normal use.

Main line stoppage. First price of 1,400 good until noon . Also jetting with two men from the roof vent as well as 12 floors condos. 2 full days with two men, 36 hours total. Labled with cable machine 300. Broke cable on blockage. The blockage cleared at the same time the cable broke. I was later able to retrieve the cable and video inspected the pipe. I found that the 3" pipe was half closed. Expose pipe from 11th floor conco bathroom and cut the damaged section. Chiseled the rest of the blockage. Replaced with sch 40. The damaged section of the pipe was left with the property manager. "blockage started from tin foil ball flushed down the toilet." possibly.

Video inspect and recorded main line (tape will tell all) Found multiple root intrusions in sewer and pipe separation. This is the owner's responsibility as stated from the manager at kessler. She also called the owner. The owner stopped to see and said it was his problem and he would take care of it. Replaced p-trap Installed new single handle delta faucet Pump septic tank Auger from vent with 7/8 " cable 60' and pulled back tree roots, recommend camera inspection, check and advise, repair and replace.
