Main line stoppage. Install 4" sch 40cleanout. Cable 55'. Jet 4" main line with spartan jetter. Unable to clear. Ran camera 35' found bags of roots in line. Replaced 11' of 4" thin wall with 11' of sch 40 pipe. Had to tie into tap due to collapse of pipe. Slow draining sink. Under sink needs to be rebuilt and studor vent added. Also need new t and s bar faucet. Diagnostic charge. Broken urinal. Capped 3/4" cpvc line. Needs new sloan valve. Main line stoppage. Ran cable through outside cleanout up under home unit stoppage was cleared. Ran camera to look for problems. Found possible low spot. Will return on 1/8/2007 to camera and locate to identify problem. Excavated around clean out to fix clean out. Jetted main. Jetter went out of pipe or in major blocked. Lifted manhole and it is not draining. 2nd manhole has no water in it (dry) and full of sand. This is a city problem.

Have city check out problem. Septic tank clean out. Also cleaned filter. 2 bottles of bio one enzyme treatment for plumbing pipes, tank, and drain field. Diagnostic work on water leak in kitchen area. Checked behind refrigerator and behind dishwasher. Noticed meter moving while no water was being run. Need leak detection as well as dry out restoration team. Mainline stoppage. Main line needs to be located. Cleanout installed in order to clear stoppage. Drainage pieces under kitchen sink need to be replaced.
